தமிழ்நாட்டையே சர்வ நாசம் செய்து விட்டார்கள். கண்டிப்பாக அனுபவிப்பார்கள்.

 *ஸ்டாலின் மற்றும் அவரது குடும்ப சொத்து மதிப்பு 2016ல் வெறும் 5.8 கோடியே உள்ளது. இது எப்படி சாத்தியம் என்று சிலர் எங்களிடம் கேட்டார்கள். அவரது தேனாம்பெட்டை சித்தரஞ்சன் வீட்டு மதிப்பே 20 கோடியை தாண்டுமே என்று சிலர் கேட்டனர்.

ஆனால் ஸ்டாலின் தாக்கல் செய்த வேட்புமனுவில் சித்தரஞ்சன் வீடு குறிப்பிடப்படவில்லை. எப்படி இது சாத்தியம் என்ற தேடலில் அறப்போர் இயக்கம் இறங்கியது. நாம் கண்டுபிடித்தது அதிர்ச்சி அளித்தது. சித்தரஞ்சன் வீடு ஸ்நொவ் ஹௌசிங் பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் என்னும் நிறுவனம் பெயரில் 2007 ல் 11.62 கோடிகளுக்கு வாங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த நிறுவனத்தின் முக்கிய இயக்குனர்கள் ஸ்டாலினின் மனைவி துர்கா ஸ்டாலின் மற்றும் மகன் உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின். எனவே அந்த நிறுவனத்தில் எப்படி அவ்வளவு பணம் உள்ளது என்று பார்த்தால், உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலினே ரூ 10.3 கோடி தனிப்பட்ட கடன் வீடு வாங்க அந்த நிறுவனத்திற்கு கொடுத்துள்ளார். மேலும் அந்த வீட்டை இலவசமாக தங்குவதற்கு துர்கா ஸ்டாலினுக்கு வீட்டை அந்த நிறுவனம் கொடுத்துள்ளது.

2006 ல் ஸ்டாலின் வேட்புமனுவில் தாக்கல் செய்ததே 1.4 கோடி தான். உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் திரைப்படத்தில் நடிக்க தயாரிக்க ஆரம்பித்ததும் இதற்கு பிறகு தான். எனவே 2007 லே 10.30 கோடி உதயநிதியிடம் எப்படி வந்தது என்று யாரும் கேட்க வேண்டாம். மேலும் இந்த நிறுவனம் நீலாங்கரையில் வாங்கிய 2 இடங்களைப் பற்றி அறப்போர் இயக்கத்திற்கு ஒன்றும் தெரியாது என்பதை தமிழக அப்பாவி மக்களுக்கு தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறேன்.*

The DMK’s M. K. Stalin has declared assets of Rs 5.8 crores in his affidavit. Many of the public who read this information asked us how this was possible as the Teynampet Chitharanjan Road house where he resides alone will be worth about Rs 20 crores.

Our curiosity piqued, we looked into the affidavit filed with the election commission, and this asset was not listed. Therefore, #Arappor_Iyakkam decided to find out who owns Stalin’s Chitharanjan Road house. What we found was shocking. The Chitharanjan Road house has been bought by a company called #Snow_Housing Private Limited for Rs. 11.62 crores in 2007-08. The main directors of this company include Stalin’s wife #Durga Stalin and son #Udhayanidhi Stalin.

How did this company fund the purchase of the property? Rs. 10.34 crores has been provided to the company as a personal loan by Udhayanidhi Stalin. Now, this company has allotted the house as rent-free accommodation to Durgavathi Stalin.

Some interesting facts: Two more pieces of land in Neelangarai have been purchased and lying idle as stock for more than 5 years. Other than this property, this company does not seem to undertake any other active operations.

In 2007, when this transaction took place, Udhayanidhi Stalin had not even started his career in the production and distribution of films (Red Giant Movies was only commenced in 2008). His father Stalin had declared total assets of only Rs 1.4 crores in 2006. Therefore how did Udhayanidhi accumulate enough wealth to be able to lend Rs 10.3 crores in 2007 ? Even if he had genuine sources of income, why this complex web to buy the house for his parents in the name of a company instead of his own name?

We leave it to the people of Tamilnadu to ask these questions.
